B.A. with honors from The College of Wooster with a major in Economics.
MBA from Dartmouth College's Amos Tuck School of Business Administration
and Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University's Weatherhead School of
Management. Continuing education courses in all areas of Financial Accounting
and Taxation.
Professional Organizations:
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Ohio Society of
Certified Public Accountants.
Experience:
Sixteen years of public accounting experience, four years with Chicago
office of Price Waterhouse & Co. and twelve years as partner/shareholder
in local CPA Firm. Experience includes Auditing, Taxation, Business Valuations,
and Litigation Support, including testimony. Twelve years as full-time
faculty member of The College of Wooster Department of Economics, including
a term as chair of department. Resigned tenured position in 1992, currently
adjunct member of Department of Economics.
Community Activities:
Board Member of Ohio Church Residences of Wooster, Inc. (College Hills
Retirement Village), Member of the inaugural class of Leadership Wooster,
Board Member and Treasurer of Goodwill Industries of Wayne and Holmes
County, Inc. Board Member of Wayne Center for the Arts, Treasurer of St.
James Episcopal Church, and active member of Wooster Kiwanis.
