Education:
B.A., plus 5th year from the University of South Florida. Continuing education courses in all areas of Taxation, Accounting, Consulting, and Management Advisory Services.

Professional Organizations:
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the North Central Chapter of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Experience:
Eleven years of public accounting experience, two years with a Florida firm and nine years with Long, Cook and Samsa, Inc. Experience includes individual and corporate taxation, general accounting, managment advisory services, consulting, estate and trust returns, and employer retirement plan returns.
