and Business Management. Continuing education courses in all areas of
Taxation, Accounting, and Management Advisory Services.

Society of Military Comptrollers.

Twenty-nine years of public accounting experience in the areas of General
Accounting, Auditing, Taxation, and Management Advisory Services. Worked
5 years for Premier Industrial Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange
Company as a Staff Accountant, Internal Auditor, and Director of Operations
and Finance. Co-Founder, President, and Managing Partner of Long, Cook
& Samsa, Inc., CPA's, a local accounting firm in Wooster, Ohio.
Community Activities:
Current member of the Wooster Shrine Club, Wooster Elks Lodge, and American
Legion Post 68. Treasurer of the Wooster Rotary Club, Inc. and the Wooster
High School Alumni and Friends Association. Past Treasurer and current
Chair Elect of the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce, Inc. Past President
and current Board Member of the Wayne County Historical Society, member
of the Board of Directors of Wooster Youth Baseball, and member of the
Board of Trustees of Boys Village, Inc. Former member of the Board of
Directors of Hospice of Wayne County, Inc.; Meals Together, Inc.; and
Secretary of The Wooster Country Club, Inc. Lt. Colonel (retired) in the
United States Army Reserve; Wooster Youth Baseball coach since 1970; Chairman
