B.S. with highest honors from Montana State University. Major in Accounting. Continuing education courses in all areas of Audit, Accounting, Taxation, Consulting, and Management Advisory Services.

American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, North Central Chapter of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Management Accountants, Association of Government Accountants.

Experience:
Eight years of public accounting and auditing experience. Experience includes financial and compliance audits of non-profit, governmental, and for-profit entities and pension benefit plans; general accounting; individual, corporate, partnership, estate and trust tax returns; management advisory services, consulting, and financial forecasting and projections.
