a New York Stock Exchange Company as a Staff Accountant,
Internal Auditor, and Director of Operations and Finance.
Co-Founder, President, and Managing Partner of Long, Cook &
Samsa, Inc., CPA's, a local accounting firm in Wooster,
Ohio. Originator, member of the Board of Directors, and
Audit Committee Chairman of Ohio Legacy Bank.
Community Activities:
Current member of the
Wooster Shrine Club, Wooster Elks Lodge, Masonic Temple, and
American Legion Post 68. Treasurer of the Wooster Rotary
Club, Inc. and the Wooster High School Alumni and Friends
Association. Past Chairman and Treasurer of the Wooster Area
Chamber of Commerce, Inc., Past President of the Wayne
